Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Senior Architect with 4+ years of professional experience, particularly in high-rise buildings and luxury residential projects. The ideal candidate will lead design and technical delivery, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to creating refined architectural solutions that are functional, sustainable, and aesthetically distinguished.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Project Leadership
- Lead conceptual and schematic design phases for high-rise and luxury residential projects.
- Develop design proposals, architectural drawings, renderings, sketches, diagrams, and presentations.
- Guide junior architects and coordinate with internal design teams.
Technical Documentation
- Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, façade, landscape, interior) for integrated delivery.
Project Coordination & Management
- Interface regularly with clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, quality, and ensure design intent is met throughout execution.
- Support site visits and construction administration activities when required.
Quality & Innovation
- Uphold design excellence and firm’s design philosophy in every project.
- Contribute to research of new materials, technologies, and sustainability strategies.
- Ensure high levels of attention to detail, quality, and architectural accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills
Required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- 4+ years of professional experience with demonstrable work on high-rise buildings and luxury residential projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work, technical detailing, and project delivery.
- Excellent proficiency in architecture software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools (e.g., V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication, presentation, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Experience with sustainable design principles and green building standards.
- Exposure to design and execution of luxury residential interiors and façade solutions.
- Experience coordinating large project teams and handling client engagement.
