About the Role
We are looking for energetic and confident individuals for the position of Sales Manager who can help us onboard companies and hiring partners onto the Hirevoo platform.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy communication, networking, business development, and relationship management. Freshers and candidates with less experience but strong communication skills and learning attitude are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard companies and recruiters on the Hirevoo platform
- Connect with HRs, startups, and business owners
- Pitch Hirevoo’s hiring solutions and services
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, calls, references, and networking
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate accordingly
- Work closely with the founding team for business growth
Requirements
- 0–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development or Client Handling
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Confident and professional personality
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Passion to grow in a startup environment
