Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Executive to manage and support the day-to-day human resource functions of our healthcare organization. The role involves recruitment, employee engagement, attendance and payroll coordination, staff documentation, compliance, training coordination, and maintaining a positive work culture aligned with healthcare standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate hiring requirements with department heads.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Conduct onboarding and induction for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and joining documentation.
- Coordinate contracts, offer letters, and appointment letters.
Employee Management
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and shift coordination.
- Support employee grievance handling and conflict resolution.
- Ensure smooth communication between management and staff.
- Monitor employee performance review schedules.
Training & Development
- Coordinate staff training programs, workshops, and orientation sessions.
- Assist in organizing CME programs, wellness training, and healthcare workshops.
- Track employee skill development and certifications.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain HR documentation and confidential employee records.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, labor laws, and organizational SOPs.
- Support disciplinary procedures when required.
- Coordinate with accounts for payroll inputs and reimbursements.
Culture & Engagement
- Help create a positive, ethical, and professional work environment.
- Organize employee wellness initiatives, celebrations, and engagement activities.
- Promote teamwork and interdepartmental coordination.
Administrative Coordination
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining HR reports.
- Coordinate with consultants, doctors, therapists, and support staff.
- Support operational requirements related to staffing and workforce planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- MBA/PG Diploma in HR is preferred.
- Prior experience in healthcare, hospitals, wellness centers, or corporate HR is an advantage.

Work Environment
The HR Executive will work closely with doctors, therapists, psychologists, physiotherapists, nutritionists, wellness coaches, and administrative teams to support smooth organizational functioning and staff wellbeing within the healthcare setup.
Pay: ₹30,500.29 - ₹50,414.20 per month
