The Field Recruiter Intern will support the recruitment team by sourcing and attracting candidates through field visits, job fairs, industrial areas, local communities, training institutes, and other offline recruitment channels. The role includes identifying and screening potential candidates, explaining job opportunities, collecting required documents, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and following up with shortlisted candidates until onboarding. The intern will assist in achieving daily recruitment targets, preparing recruitment reports, and building strong local talent networks. Extensive travel across India is mandatory, as the role requires visiting multiple cities and states to conduct recruitment drives, develop sourcing networks, and meet manpower requirements. The candidate must be willing to travel frequently and stay at different locations based on business needs.
