Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Executive to support daily administrative and documentation activities. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining documents, coordinating follow-ups and assisting with routine office operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain office documents, reports, and records.
- Handle documentation work using MS Word and MS Excel.
- Maintain proper filing and data management systems.
- Conduct daily follow-ups and coordinate with concerned departments.
- Prepare letters, reports, and basic MIS updates as required.
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination.
- Ensure accurate record keeping and timely updates of documents.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic email drafting skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate / Diploma.
- Fresher to 3 years of experience.
Salary
Salary will be offered based on experience and skillset.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
