Job Overview
We are hiring a Lab Technician to perform routine diagnostic tests including blood and urine analysis, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform blood sample collection (phlebotomy)
- Conduct routine tests such as CBC, blood sugar, urine analysis, etc.
- Operate and maintain basic lab equipment and analyzers
- Prepare and label samples correctly
- Ensure accuracy in test results and timely reporting
- Maintain lab records and documentation
- Follow hygiene, sterilization, and safety protocols
Requirements
- DMLT / BMLT qualification
- Minimum 2 years experience in hospital/diagnostic lab
- Must be confident in independent blood collection
- Basic knowledge of lab equipment and procedures
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle workload efficiently
Preferred
- Experience with automated analyzers
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
