API Support Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle API-related queries from clients across India through email and occasional calls.
- Troubleshoot issues such as login/authentication errors, payment failures, timeout issues, and data mismatches.
- Coordinate with the IT and Engineering teams for issue escalation and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Ensure timely resolution of client issues as per defined service levels (SLA).
- Monitor API performance, uptime, transaction success rates, and error reports.
- Support clients during system outages or performance-related issues.
- Assist in payment-related processes such as RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, UPI, Virtual Accounts, and Host-to-Host (H2H) integrations.
- Maintain proper records of issues and resolutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to provide seamless client support.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of APIs and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Team player with good coordination skills.
Preferred Knowledge:
- Payment systems such as RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, and UPI.
- Cash management and reconciliation processes.
- Corporate banking operations and H2H integrations.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- 0 to 3 years of experience in API Support, Technical Support, Banking Operations, or a similar role.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
