Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair Air Conditioners, AHUs, FCUs, Ventilation Systems, and Exhaust Systems.
- Maintain compressors, motors, blowers, pumps, filters, and refrigeration components.
- Carry out inspection and servicing of chillers, cooling systems, and ducting networks.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC equipment.
- Ensure minimum downtime through effective troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Monitor HVAC equipment performance and maintain maintenance records.
- Follow safety procedures and maintenance schedules.
- Support shutdown and emergency maintenance activities as required.
