. Responsible for overall control over the HR operations activities at plant level
. Should work closely with inter department for implementation of HR policies and procedures.
. Should adhere to the statutory compliance strictly and ensure timely submission of return.
. Monitor payroll cycle and ensure timely submission of payroll without error.
. Should have experience in customer audit, ESG audit, ISO audit and maintain documents for the same.
. Proactively looking in disciplianry actions, domestic enquiry, issuing show cause notices, charge sheet, notice of enquiry, proceedings.
. Able to maintain harmonious industrial relations between management and union.
· Assist with the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
· sourcing candidates and posting job openings.
· Onboarding New Employee and introduce them to the company culture and policies.
· Assist with employee onboarding paperwork and processes.
· Help manage employee records and ensure data accuracy.
· Handle employee inquiries and provide support as needed.
· Maintain employee records and update HR systems.
· Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
· Gain experience in various HR functions, such as recruitment, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
· Attend training programs and workshops to enhance HR knowledge and skills.
· Assist with employee Training & Performance evaluation and performance management processes.
. Initiate Employee Welfare and Engagement Activities at plant and ensure proper execution.
. Maintain and handle various insurance policies such as mediclaim, GPA, Gratuity and their renewals in time.
· Help with creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
· Organize and coordinate employee events and activities.
. Should have experience in dealing with union and govt authorities
. Strong communication and interpersonal skill
. Should have strong knowledge of labour laws applicable to hazardous industries and compliance thereof
. People management skill
. Should work as a second line manager in absence of Dept Head.
