Position Summary
House of Raadhvi is seeking a creative, dynamic, and result-oriented Social Media Executive/Manager to develop, implement, and manage the company's social media strategy across various digital platforms. The role involves creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, generating leads, and enhancing the overall digital presence of the brand.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business and branding objectives.
- Create monthly and quarterly social media calendars.
- Plan and execute campaigns for product launches, events, promotions, and seasonal activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media opportunities.
Content Creation & Management
- Create engaging and high-quality content including posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs, infographics, and promotional creatives.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and content writers.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and social media copy.
Platform Management
Manage and grow the company's presence on:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
- X (Twitter)
- Pinterest
- WhatsApp Business Channels
Community Engagement
- Respond to customer queries, comments, and messages promptly.
- Build and nurture online communities.
- Engage with followers and influencers to improve brand visibility.
- Handle customer feedback and online reputation management.
Performance Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns.
- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies/vendors.
- Track campaign budgets and ROI.
- Support lead-generation and conversion initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor social media performance metrics.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze engagement, reach, impressions, conversions, and audience growth.
- Recommend improvements based on data insights.
Influencer & Brand Collaborations
- Identify suitable influencers, creators, and brand partners.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns and collaborations.
- Track campaign effectiveness and engagement metrics.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Growth in followers and subscribers.
- Engagement rate across platforms.
- Reach and impressions.
- Lead generation through social media campaigns.
- Website traffic from social channels.
- Campaign ROI.
- Brand awareness and audience growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing/Social Media Marketing preferred.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage for Manager-level positions.
ExperienceExecutive Level
- 2–5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
- Experience managing multiple social media platforms.
- Knowledge of content creation and social media tools.
Manager Level
- 5–8+ years of experience in Social Media & Digital Marketing.
- Proven track record of handling brand campaigns and social media growth.
- Experience leading teams and managing external agencies.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
