Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Supply Chain Executive to support our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role will involve assisting in procurement, inventory management, vendor coordination, and logistics—using Zoho as the central platform to ensure process efficiency and data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:Procurement & Vendor Coordination:
- Create and manage purchase orders in Zoho Inventory/Zoho Books
- Track deliveries and follow up with vendors to ensure on-time supply of components
- Maintain a database of suppliers, pricing, and lead times in Zoho CRM
Inventory Management:
- Monitor component stock levels and raise reordering requests
- Assist in kit preparation and ensure accurate tracking of WIP and finished goods
- Coordinate with job workers and ensure timely movement of material
Logistics & Documentation:
- Organize dispatch and inward logistics for components and assemblies
- Generate and maintain delivery challans, GRNs, and invoices within Zoho
- Support compliance requirements by ensuring all supply chain documentation is current and accurate
Reporting & Analysis:
- Update supply chain dashboards and generate reports from Zoho on inventory, vendor performance, and PO status
- Assist in preparing daily and weekly MIS for the operations and finance teams
Required Skills:
- Familiarity with EMS operations, especially material movement and job worker coordination
- Working knowledge of Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, and Zoho CRM
- Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- High attention to detail and a structured working approach
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
