Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic Preschool Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to foster children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through activity-based learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities
- Manage classroom routines and student engagement
- Maintain a safe, clean, and positive learning environment
- Track and report children's developmental progress
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance
- Organize events, celebrations, and classroom activities
- Support children's emotional and social development
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and management
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- NTT / ECCE / Montessori Certification preferred
- B.Ed. candidates may also apply
- Good spoken and written English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for working with young children
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Preschool, Kindergarten, Play School, or Daycare
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
