The Administrative Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, maintaining office records, and providing general administrative support to create an efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth operations.
- Handle office supplies, inventory, and procurement.
- Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, maintenance, security, and office services.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents.
- Assist with employee onboarding and administrative formalities.
- Manage courier services, travel arrangements, and accommodation bookings when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures.
- Support HR, Finance, and other departments with administrative requirements.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor management.
- Monitor office expenses and maintain administrative budgets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
