Job Responsibilities:-
Deep expertise in fundraising, Joint Development Agreements (JDA), statutory, internal, tax, and cost audits, with strong contractor and vendor management capabilities. Proficient in project monitoring, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial forecasting. Achieve the individual as well as a company goal
Strategy and Operational –
▪ Provide complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or a business, typically exercising a strong understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives
▪ Oversee financial transactions, managing NBFC and bank funding, due diligence, and repayment planning aligned with project cash flows. ▪ Direct RERA compliance initiatives across multiple projects, integrating with legal and operational functions.
▪ Finalize project-wise financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
▪ Conduct budget preparation and perform variance analysis to support operational decision-making.
▪ Manage Full sets of accounts, till finalization of balance sheet
▪ Manage JV revenue sharing mechanisms and tax compliance coordination with joint venture partners
▪ Prepare financial statements in compliance with local laws. Reporting Standards and managing the audit process.
▪ Consolidate group financials in accordance with Companies Act 2013 and IND AS
▪ Develop quarterly financial forecasts for advance tax computation and planning.
▪ Prepare and submit taxation calculations and reports to relevant taxation authorities, including appropriate treatment of relevant double-taxation agreements
▪ Analyze financial and management reports
▪ Assessing financial risks and suggesting preventive measures Liaising with clients, business partners, auditors and vendors
▪ Ensuring complete compliance with the state authorities
▪ Offering expert financial advice and services to clients
▪ Investigating and rectifying any financial discrepancies
▪ Preparing budgets, annual reports and strategies
▪ Advising clients on financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions
▪ Processing online payments and bank statements
▪ Preventing or suggesting ways to stop any fraudulent activities
▪ Negotiating monetary terms with vendors
▪ Providing assistance with tax planning and Payroll
Business Intelligence:
▪ Preparing an Annual Operational Plan
▪ Preparing and forecasting budget reports
▪ Conducting internal and external audits
▪ Analyzing the company’s financial systems and procedures
Required Specifications:
▪ CA with Minimum 6 Years of relevant experience with Real Estate Industry
▪ Excellent organizational and time management skills
▪ Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

▪ Ability to manage stressful situations effectively
