We are hiring a Visa Counsellor for our Day Shift team in Jalandhar. The candidate will be responsible for counselling clients, assessing visa eligibility, handling documentation, and managing international client queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel clients on visa categories, eligibility & documentation.
- Assess profiles and recommend suitable study/tourist visa options.
- Prepare and review applications for accuracy & compliance.
- Handle client queries through calls, emails & virtual meetings.
- Maintain case records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Stay updated with immigration rules and policy changes.
Requirements
- Experience Candidate – Mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Visa Counsellor – Mandatory
- Experience in Study Visa Counselling – Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Good knowledge of visa processes and documentation.
- Detail-oriented, confident, and able to work independently.
