Convert leads into customers using excellent communication and sales skills. Build and manage the complete customer lifecycle. Maintain strong customer relationships. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to business growth. Eligibility Undergraduate or above (65%+ in graduation preferred). Excellent communication and convincing skills. Languages: English, Kannada, Tamil or Hindi. Laptop is mandatory. Strong personality, confidence, and passion for sales. Work Schedule 6 Days Working Weekly one Rotational Off Inside Sales - Daily Targets Make 100-200 outbound calls per day. Explain the ORU subscription and benefits to customers. Share the WhatsApp service details with interested customers. Achieve a minimum target confirmed customer registrations per day. Update all call outcomes and customer details in the tracking sheet/CRM. Coordinate with the onboarding team for confirmed customers. Why Join ORU?
