Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Front Office Executive to join our real estate team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, handling customer inquiries, coordinating administrative activities, and supporting the sales team. Candidates with 1.5–2 years of experience in front office management, reception, customer service, or administration are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily front desk and reception operations efficiently.
- Welcome visitors, clients, and prospective homebuyers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails appropriately.
- Conduct guided tours of demo flats and assist prospective customers during site visits.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive visitor experience.
- Coordinate with the Head Office regarding stock updates, reports, and administrative requirements.
- Handle courier services, visitor records, office correspondence, and documentation.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and coordinate with housekeeping and security staff.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and client visits for the sales team.
- Support sales activities through customer follow-ups and coordination.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with day-to-day office administration.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1.5–2 years of experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, Customer Service Executive, or Administrative Executive.
- Experience in the real estate, construction, property management, hospitality, or service industry will be an advantage.
