We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure smooth execution of civil works at project sites. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, site coordination abilities, and hands-on experience in supervising construction projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil construction and site supervision
- Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects preferred
- Strong understanding of construction methods, site execution, and project coordination.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents
- Good knowledge of civil construction procedures, finishing works, and site management
- Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and construction documentation will be an added advantage
- Experience in handling multiple teams and project coordination preferred
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and project timelines
- Problem-solving ability with attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Office and reporting tools.
