Job Overview
IOTA Academy is looking for a responsible, enthusiastic, and organized Center Coordinator & Data Analytics Trainer to manage the day-to-day operations of our new Mandsaur center while delivering high-quality technical training to students.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in Data Analytics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate student activities, maintain records, and ensure smooth center operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training in Data Analytics.
- Teach Advanced Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, and basic Statistics.
- Guide students with assignments, projects, and interview preparation.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Prepare training materials, assessments, and practice exercises.
Coordination Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the training center.
- Coordinate class schedules, attendance, and student records.
- Act as the primary point of contact for students and parents.
- Support the admission team with student counselling and follow-ups whenever required.
- Ensure smooth coordination between the Mandsaur center and the Head Office.
- Maintain reports, documentation, and MIS using Google Sheets and MS Office.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and student engagement activities.
- Ensure a positive learning environment and resolve day-to-day student concerns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in technical training, teaching, or academic coordination.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, and Statistics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Comfortable working with Google Workspace and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
- Experience in the education or training industry will be preferred.
Salary
- Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience, technical knowledge, and interview performance)
