Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate information and support.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain customer records and update reports accurately.
- Contribute to achieving customer satisfaction and business goals.
Eligibility
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Graduate or undergraduate candidates may apply.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam, English and Hindi.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
