Bitumix India LLP is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative with experience in the polymer industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and providing market insights to support business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and acquire new customers for polymer products across assigned markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Polymer Division.
- Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote company offerings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing movements, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Stay updated on polymer grades, applications, industry developments, and market dynamics to effectively support customer needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams including procurement, logistics, and operations to ensure timely order execution and customer service.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence reports for management review.
- Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and commercial discussions professionally.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the polymer, petrochemical, plastics, or related industries.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and business development activities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
