Leveza and TenderChops are looking for an energetic and creative On-Ground Digital Marketing Executive who can handle marketing execution, basic designing, social media support, and field-level promotional activities. The candidate should be comfortable working both online and on-ground, coordinating with internal teams, vendors, outlets, and customers to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
The role requires someone who can plan, design, coordinate, and execute daily marketing activities for brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage on-ground marketing activities for Leveza and TenderChops, including store promotions, customer engagement activities, events, launches, and local campaigns.
Support digital marketing activities such as social media posting, campaign coordination, content collection, and online promotions.
Create basic designs for social media posts, offers, banners, posters, flyers, standees, WhatsApp creatives, and promotional materials using tools like Canva or similar design software.
Coordinate with printers, vendors, photographers, designers, agencies, and internal teams for timely execution of marketing materials.
Visit outlets/locations regularly to ensure branding, posters, displays, offers, and promotional materials are properly placed and updated.
Capture photos, videos, reels, customer interactions, product shots, and behind-the-scenes content for social media use.
Assist in planning and executing local area marketing campaigns to increase walk-ins, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
Coordinate and execute festive campaigns, new product launches, discount offers, tasting activities, sampling campaigns, and brand activations.
Maintain brand consistency across all offline and online marketing materials.
Support paid and organic digital campaigns by sharing creative inputs, collecting ground-level content, and tracking campaign execution.
Work closely with the operations, sales, and outlet teams to understand daily requirements and marketing opportunities.
Track competitor activities, local market trends, customer feedback, and campaign performance.
Prepare basic reports on marketing activities, campaign execution, customer response, and promotional outcomes.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and YouTube.
Good knowledge of basic designing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar platforms.
Ability to create simple and attractive marketing creatives for online and offline use.
Strong execution skills for on-ground campaigns, outlet branding, events, and promotions.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle vendors, agencies, printers, and internal teams.
Basic photography and video-shooting skills using a phone or camera.
Understanding of reels, stories, short videos, offers, and social media trends.
Willingness to travel locally for marketing execution and outlet visits.
Ability to multitask and complete work within deadlines.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
Digital marketing or design certification will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Creative, active, and street-smart candidate with good execution ability.
Comfortable working on-field as well as on digital platforms.
Should have a practical understanding of local marketing and customer engagement.
Should be able to take ownership of marketing execution from planning to completion.
Experience in retail, food, FMCG, hospitality, or consumer brands will be preferred.
