Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement annual marketing strategy aligned with business goals
- Identify target industries and client segments (Manufacturing, FMCG, Pharma, E-commerce, etc.)
- Plan ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns
2. Lead Generation & Business Support
- Generate qualified B2B leads for logistics services
- Support sales team with marketing collaterals and presentations
- Manage CRM data for campaign tracking and performance
3. Digital Marketing & Branding
- Manage website, SEO, and content marketing initiatives
- Handle LinkedIn and other professional platforms for brand positioning
- Execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Develop case studies, brochures, and thought leadership content
4. Corporate Communication & PR
- Manage corporate announcements and media relations
- Coordinate participation in logistics expos, industry events, and trade fairs
- Build strategic partnerships and alliances
5. Market Research & Analytics
- Conduct competitor analysis and industry trend research
- Track campaign ROI and prepare performance reports
- Suggest data-driven improvements
