Ø It is a Post Sales Process
Ø Coordinate with team to collect payments from Customers as per schedule.
Ø Create plans and strategies for collecting payments
Ø Contact and communicate effectively with Clients by phone to ensure payment is done
Ø Prevent repeated payment negligence by working out practical payments.
Ø Maintain electronic records and hard copies of all payment plans, amounts paid, and communications.
Ø When necessary, escalating calls to managers.
Ø Maintaining MIS and keeping correct records is a must
Ø Work in accordance with key performance metrics.
Ø Follow up with Customers regarding due payments
Ø Understanding customer requirements and problems and ability to solve
Ø Updating Collection data and giving weekly or daily report to management
Ø Making sure customer KYC is ready to use
Ø Objection handling
Ø SPOC for particular no. of units in a project, i.e., he/ she will be the point of contact between management and customer.
Skills Required
- Incumbent shall be pro-active and ready to take any additional responsibilities
- Should be able to speak fluent English, Telugu (Hindi also will be preferable)
