This is the first and most trusted hire in the founder’s office. The role combines lead research, high value outreach and client relationship management with executive support duties. You will act as the primary point of contact for select prospects and clients, while working closely with the founder to coordinate meetings, demos and strategic activities. The position is designed for someone who is proactive, organised and able to represent the founder in external communication.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Research and Outreach
- Identify and qualify high value prospects through structured research
- Conduct personalised outreach across email, LinkedIn and relevant channels
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and prospect stages
Client Relations
- Serve as the main point of contact for premium leads and key clients
- Maintain ongoing communication, follow ups and relationship building
- Coordinate feedback collection and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams
Founder Support
- Work directly with the founder to plan and schedule client demos
- Organise and arrange internal and external meetings
- Assist in preparing briefs, proposals and follow up communication
- Handle administrative tasks that improve operational efficiency
Office Leadership
- Operate as the first recruit of the founder’s office
- Set cultural standards for professionalism, communication and organisation
- Help establish early processes and systems for growth and client management
