Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented General Manager / Director of Sales to lead our real estate sales operations. The role focuses on driving lead generation, vendor/channel partner management, and revenue growth, along with leading high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate must have a strong network in the real estate industry and the ability to bring in high-quality leads through vendors and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute sales strategies for residential, commercial, and luxury real estate projects.
Drive revenue targets and ensure consistent business growth.
Oversee the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
2. Lead Generation & Vendor/Channel Management
Generate premium and high-conversion leads through brokers, channel partners, and vendors.
Build and manage a strong network of channel partners, agents, and real estate consultants.
Ensure continuous inflow of top-quality leads from external vendors.
Track and optimize lead conversion ratios.
3. Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team across projects.
Set targets, monitor performance, and drive team productivity.
Conduct regular training and performance reviews.
4. Business Development & Market Expansion
Identify new business opportunities, projects, and partnerships.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Support new project launches and go-to-market strategies.
5. Client Relationship & Deal Closure
Handle high-value client interactions and negotiations.
Build strong relationships with HNI clients and investors.
Ensure excellent customer experience and repeat business.
Qualifications & Requirements
MBA in Marketing / Sales / Real Estate preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
10–18 years of proven experience in real estate sales leadership.
Strong track record in lead generation, vendor management, and closing deals.
