WebBee develops SaaS products that automate eCommerce operations for businesses worldwide. We are looking for a highly organized professional to own our CRM operations, marketing campaigns, customer lifecycle data, reporting and process improvements.
Role Summary
You will own Zoho CRM accuracy, marketing operations, customer lifecycle workflows, newsletters, estimates, dashboards and reporting. This is an operations role focused on process excellence rather than direct selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain Zoho CRM with >99% data accuracy.
- Manage inbound, outbound and upsell/cross-sell pipelines.
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and follow up internally on stalled deals.
- Manage Zoho Campaigns and customer newsletters.
- Segment mailing lists and monitor campaign performance.
- Prepare and send quotations/estimates through CRM.
- Maintain reports, dashboards and forecasting.
- Identify automation opportunities and document SOPs.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Product.
