Job Title: Assistant HR Manager
Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to oversee all aspects of human resources functions within our organization. The HR Executive will be responsible for recruiting and retaining talent,attendance management, Payroll management, performance management, implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate the hiring process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
- Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other sourcing channels.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Address employee grievances and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintaining attendance, leave, shift, and overtime records to support accurate payroll and workforce tracking.
- Processing employee salaries, statutory deductions, and ensuring accurate, timely salary disbursement with compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Ensure consistent application of policies across the organization.
- Review and update employee handbooks and manuals as needed.
- Implement performance evaluation systems and processes.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance reviews, goal setting, and career development plans.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend training or development programs.
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs.
- Facilitate workshops and seminars on topics such as leadership development, diversity awareness, and conflict resolution.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Compensation and Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Manage employee benefits enrollment and updates.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and files in accordance with legal requirements.
- Collaborate with legal counsel on employment-related issues and disputes.
- Compile and analyze HR metrics and data for reporting purposes.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on HR analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

CTC & Remuneration Details:
