- Design and develop sheet metal components and assemblies using AutoCAD and SolidWorks (Sheet Metal Module).
- Prepare 2D manufacturing drawings, 3D models, assembly drawings, and fabrication drawings as per customer requirements.
- Interpret customer drawings, technical specifications, and manufacturing requirements to develop effective design solutions.
- Possess a strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes, including laser cutting, bending, welding, punching, and assembly.
- Coordinate closely with production, quality, and planning teams to ensure smooth execution of manufacturing activities.
- Support New Product Development (NPD) activities from concept design to production implementation.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to Production Engineers and shop floor teams during the manufacturing of new products.
- Review and modify designs based on customer feedback, production feasibility, and quality requirements.
- Ensure compliance with drawing standards, revision control, and engineering documentation practices.
- Education : (Diploma or BE) with Mechanical / Production /Metallurgy
