Business Development Executive (BDE)
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with PCD pharma distributors, generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong convincing ability, and a passion for sales and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for the company
- Handle inquiries from PCD pharma distributors and clients
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships
- Explain company products, schemes, and promotional offers to clients
- Follow up with existing and potential customers regularly
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Identify new market opportunities and expand company reach
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Pharmacy/Science background preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and PCD pharma business is a plus
- Sales or business development experience preferred
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, etc.)
