Job Summary
Trio World Academy is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Content Creator to capture and showcase the vibrant life of our school. The ideal candidate will be responsible for filming school events and activities, creating engaging video content, and managing our digital presence with a strong storytelling approach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Capture & Production
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of school events, activities, and daily moments
- Plan and execute shoots with a creative storytelling mindset
- Ensure proper lighting, framing, and audio quality during recordings
2. Video Editing
- Edit footage into engaging formats including:
- Reels / Shorts (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Event highlight videos
- Full-length videos and documentaries
- Add music, transitions, subtitles, and graphics to enhance visual appeal
- Deliver content within deadlines while maintaining high quality
3. Content Strategy & Social Media Management
- Manage and update the school’s social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Create content calendars aligned with school events
- Optimize posts using relevant SEO keywords, hashtags, and captions
- Track performance metrics and suggest improvements
4. Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with event in-charges, coordinators, teachers, and admin staff
- Ensure smooth communication before, during, and after events
- Share drafts and incorporate feedback from stakeholders
- Obtain final approvals before publishing content
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in video editing and content creation
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar
- Strong photography and videography skills
- Understanding of social media trends, reels, and short-form content
- Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and digital content optimization
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience in video production, editing, or digital content creation
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
