Hari Chand Anand Machinery LLP is looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Manager who can take ownership of the complete HR function, drive recruitment, build structured HR processes, and ensure strong employee and organizational performance.
This is a leadership role for someone who can build systems, improve processes, manage people, and align HR with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Own end-to-end recruitment from manpower planning to onboarding.
- Drive hiring through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Internshala, and other recruitment platforms.
- Manage bulk and campus hiring initiatives and build institute partnerships.
- Build a strong talent pipeline and reduce dependency on external agencies.
- Ensure positions are closed within defined timelines with quality candidates.
HR Operations & Process Management
- Take ownership of HR operations, employee records, onboarding, attendance, leave, and documentation.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR SOPs and policies.
- Bring structure, transparency, and process discipline across the organization.
KPI & Performance Management
- Define and monitor HR KPIs and department-wise performance metrics.
- Track Time to Hire, Time to Fill, Offer-to-Joining Ratio, Attrition, Absenteeism, Retention, and other HR metrics.
- Prepare monthly HR MIS and KPI reports for management.
- Establish and monitor employee performance and appraisal systems.
Compliance & Statutory
- Manage PF, ESI, labour law, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely compliance with zero gaps.
Employee Engagement & Relations
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and HR-related concerns.
- Build a positive, professional, and performance-driven work culture.
- Support employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–10 years of experience in HR, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Experience in building SOPs, HR systems, and processes.
- Strong understanding of HR KPIs, MIS reporting, and performance management.
- Good knowledge of PF, ESI, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with campus hiring and bulk recruitment will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and HR tools.
