We’re looking for a hands-on Sales & Distribution Manager to build and expand our FMCG snack distribution network across Mumbai.
What You’ll Do
* Develop and manage Mumbai’s distributor & retailer network
* Onboard new distributors retailers & key outlets
* Drive primary & secondary sales
* Build strong relationships with distributors and retailers
* Plan market visits sales targets & territory expansion
* Monitor competitor activity pricing & market trends
* Ensure product availability and strong shelf visibility
* Lead and manage the field sales team
* Track collections orders & sales performance
Who We’re Looking For
Experience: 4–7 years in FMCG Sales & Distribution
Location: Mumbai
Industry: FMCG / Food / Snacks preferred
Skills: Distributor management Retail sales Team handling Negotiation Market expansion
We’re looking for someone who is hungry to build something from the ground up and wants to grow with an ambitious Indian snack brand.
Compensation
₹25,000–₹35,000/month + performance incentives
Final package will depend on experience & capabilities.
