Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who will support the sales team in handling quotations, customer coordination, and internal team communication. The candidate should have good communication skills and be able to manage customer queries and coordination smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and share quotations with customers.
Coordinate with customers regarding orders, payments, deliveries, and queries.
Provide sales support to the sales team for day-to-day activities.
Coordinate with internal departments for resolving customer issues.
Maintain customer records, sales data, and reports.
Follow up with customers for pending requirements and updates.
Ensure timely response to customer emails and calls.
Assist in order processing and documentation.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Support role.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow-ups.
Customer-oriented approach and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
