## Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced **JDE Finance Functional Consultant** with **5–8 years of hands-on experience** in **Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Financial Modules**. The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, providing functional solutions, supporting implementations, performing configurations, and working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
## Key Responsibilities
* Analyze and understand business requirements related to Finance and Accounting processes.
* Implement, configure, and support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Financial modules.
* Conduct requirement gathering workshops and prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
* Translate business requirements into functional solutions and coordinate with technical teams for developments.
* Perform system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
* Support month-end and year-end financial processes.
* Provide production support and troubleshoot functional issues.
* Conduct user training and prepare process documentation.
* Work with cross-functional teams including Distribution, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Sales modules.
* Participate in upgrade, enhancement, and rollout projects.

## Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
* CA, CMA, or MBA Finance is preferred but not mandatory.
* 5–8 years of experience in Oracle JD Edwards Finance implementation and support projects.
* Experience in at least **2 full-cycle JD Edwards implementation or rollout projects** is preferred.
## Preferred Skills
* Knowledge of JD Edwards Tools Releases and EnterpriseOne Architecture.
* Exposure to JD Edwards Distribution or Procurement modules.
* Experience working in global support environments.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience with reporting tools and financial analytics.
