We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Research Executive for one of our esteemed clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research active job opportunities across the Canadian market.
- Identify hiring managers, recruiters, and HR professionals.
- Generate employer leads using LinkedIn, Apollo.io, RocketReach, and other research tools.
- Perform advanced internet research and Boolean searches.
- Build and maintain employer relationships through professional outreach.
- Maintain CRM records and recruitment databases.
- Coordinate with recruiters to connect employers with qualified candidates.
What We're Looking For:
✔ 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR Research, or Lead Generation.
✔ Strong Internet Research and Boolean Search skills.
✔ Excellent communication and professional networking skills.
✔ Experience with LinkedIn and lead generation tools (Apollo.io, RocketReach, etc.).
✔ Familiarity with CRM platforms.
✔ Ability to work in the Canadian Time Zone.
Pay: ₹280,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
