Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Installation Supervisor to manage and supervise elevator installation activities at project sites in Gurgaon. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, installation planning, safety compliance and ensuring timely completion of projects as per quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage elevator installation activities at multiple project sites.
- Plan and coordinate daily installation work, manpower, materials, and tools.
- Ensure installation is carried out as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and company standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, contractors, and other site teams.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures, PPE requirements, and site safety standards.
- Identify and resolve site-related installation and technical issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain proper installation and progress reports.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the installation process.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Around 5 years of experience in the elevator/lift industry, preferably in installation or site execution.
- Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of elevator installation, site execution, and installation planning.
- Good understanding of safety compliance and installation quality standards.
- Willingness to travel between project sites as required.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
