Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and acquire new clients across various industries
- Generate recruitment requirements and staffing opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
Required Skills :
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Experience in B2B sales, staffing, or recruitment industry preferred
- Target-oriented and self-motivated professional
- Good knowledge of recruitment and manpower consulting services
