## About us
Mammoth Media Labs is an, image editing and colour-correction company. We work with leading e-commerce and retail brands across the US, UK, and Israel — in furniture, apparel, and jewellery — delivering high-quality, fast-turnaround editing. (Much of our work is under client confidentiality, so we'll share specifics during the process.) We also run Pixhoto, our self-serve editing platform.
## The role
We're hiring our **first dedicated BDR** to build a new-business pipeline across the US, UK, and Israel. You'll work directly with the founder, who runs the sales calls — so your prospecting turns straight into real conversations and revenue. Clear growth path to Senior BDR / Account Executive as we scale.
## What you'll do
- Research and build target-account lists in our verticals (furniture, apparel, jewellery e-commerce) and among photo studios, agencies, and post-production houses.
- Run personalised cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Qualify replies against our ideal-customer profile and book qualified prospects into calls with the founder.
- Route smaller / self-serve prospects to our online platform.
- Keep the CRM clean and report on pipeline weekly.
## What we're looking for
- 2–4 years of B2B outbound / inside-sales experience — **ideally selling to US or other Western markets.**
- **Excellent written English** (you'll write the outreach) and clear spoken English.
- Strong research and list-building instincts.
- Comfort with a CRM and prospecting tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar).
- Self-directed, resilient, and coachable.
- Discretion and integrity — we work under strict client confidentiality.
**Bonus:** experience in creative services, SaaS, agency, or BPO sales to international clients.
