NIDM is looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-friendly Front Desk Executive to manage the reception, handle student inquiries, support the admissions process, and ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors.
- Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and email inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, batch timings, certifications, and placement support.
- Follow up with prospective students and coordinate the admission process.
- Maintain inquiry records, student databases, attendance, and documentation.
- Schedule counseling sessions and coordinate with trainers and the admissions team.
- Manage appointments, courier services, and general administrative tasks.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and professional.
- Support workshops, seminars, and other institute events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in front office, administration, or customer support (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Fluency in English; Kannada, Hindi, or Tamil is an added advantage.
- Professional attitude, multitasking ability, and customer-centric approach.
Pay: ₹9,821.15 - ₹15,000.00 per month
