Job Description
Origen Agro & Foodtech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Farm Manager to manage and supervise our agricultural operations at Kharwandi. The Farm Manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing day-to-day farming activities across crops such as wheat, tur, maize, soybean, sugarcane and other seasonal crops, ensuring that cultivation activities are carried out efficiently and on schedule. This is a hands-on field role requiring strong practical knowledge of crop cultivation, farm operations and agricultural inputs.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- B.Sc. Agriculture or a related agricultural degree.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in farm management or agricultural operations. Strong practical knowledge of crop cultivation and farm management. Experience working with crops such as wheat, tur, maize, soybean, sugarcane or similar field crops.
- Good knowledge of agricultural inputs and their application.
- Ability to supervise farm workers and manage day-to-day field activities.
- Good planning, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work directly in the field and take responsibility for farm operations.
- Compensation ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability for the role.
- Working Hours Approximately 9 hours per day.
