We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional service by reaching out to customers for order confirmations, providing support for service-related inquiries, and handling data organization tasks. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a knack for organizing and sorting data effectively.Responsibilities:
- Customer Outreach: Make calls to customers for order confirmations, ensuring accuracy of details and answering any queries they may have.
- Service Coordination: Assist with customer service calls, providing relevant information and resolving basic issues or directing to appropriate departments as needed.
- Data Management: Sort, categorize, and maintain customer and order data, ensuring records are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible for team use.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to confirm service satisfaction and gather customer feedback.
- Report Generation: Prepare and update daily or weekly reports on call outcomes, feedback, and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with sales, customer service, and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient service.
Skills:
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with data entry and MS Office.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for data sorting tasks.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
