Job Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Senior Faculty for our Construction
Department. The ideal candidate should have strong academic understanding along with
practical industry exposure in civil engineering. The role involves delivering quality
education, mentoring students, and contributing to curriculum development aligned
with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver lectures and practical sessions in civil/construction subjects
Develop and update course content as per industry trends and standards
Guide students in projects, site-based learning, and practical exposure
Conduct assessments, examinations, and performance evaluations
Support placement activities and industry interaction initiatives
Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in classrooms/labs
Participate in academic planning, training programs, and institutional development
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Graduate in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech – Civil)
Experience: Minimum 5+ years (Industry experience preferred)
Required Skills:
Strong subject knowledge in construction and civil engineering
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Passion for teaching and mentoring students
Ability to connect theoretical concepts with practical applications
Computer skills (AI tools MS Office, presentation tools, Power BI)
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior teaching or training experience
Exposure to construction sites, project execution, or supervision
Familiarity with industry tools/software

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
