Senior Consultant – Technology M&A (INDUS | Global CoE)
Provide analytical support across Technology Diligence, Value Creation, and Tech PMI engagements while developing foundational financial modeling capabilities.
- Support Rapid IT Assessments and diligence workstreams
- Conduct infrastructure and application analysis
- Assist in technical debt and architecture reviews
- Support integration and separation analysis
- Assist in building stand-alone IT cost baselines and one-time cost trackers
- Contribute to development of new methodologies and accelerators
- Prepare structured diligence documentation and presentations
- 3–6 years relevant experience
- Exposure to IT advisory, architecture, cloud, or product environments
- Interest in developing Tech M&A lifecycle expertise
- Basic financial modeling capability preferred
- High learning agility
