JOB DESCRIPTION: Pharmacist + Front Desk Executive (FDE) We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist + Front Desk Executive (single role) who will handle both clinical pharmacy duties and front office operations efficiently. The candidate must hold a valid Karnataka Pharmacy Council registration/license. 1. Pharmacy Responsibilities Dispense medications accurately as per prescription and ensure correct dosage, timing, and instructions. Verify prescriptions for correctness, drug interactions, contraindications, and patient safety before dispensing. Provide patient counseling regarding medication usage, side effects, precautions, and adherence. Maintain proper storage of medicines as per pharmaceutical guidelines and ensure quality control. Manage pharmacy inventory including stock monitoring, expiry checks, and reorder coordination. Maintain prescription records and document adverse drug reactions if any. Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, clinical protocols, and safety standards. 2. Front Desk Executive (FDE) Responsibilities Greet and assist patients with a professional and friendly approach. Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and patient flow coordination. Handle patient registration, billing support, and basic insurance-related documentation. Respond to patient queries and guide them through clinic processes. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth front desk operations. Coordinate between doctors, pharmacy, and patients for seamless service delivery. Manage clinic supplies and support day-to-day administrative tasks. 3. Required Qualifications Diploma / Bachelor of Pharmacy (D.Pharm / B.Pharm) Valid Karnataka Pharmacy Council Registration (Mandatory) Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask between pharmacy and front desk responsibilities Basic computer knowledge for billing and record management 4.
