Job Summary:
The Loading Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the loading and dispatch of dairy products, ensuring timely deliveries, accurate order fulfillment, and compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily loading and dispatch operations.
- Ensure correct quantity and quality of products are loaded as per dispatch schedules.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and transport teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain loading records, dispatch documents, and vehicle logs.
- Monitor loading staff productivity and enforce safety and hygiene standards.
- Resolve loading-related issues to avoid dispatch delays.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate or Diploma holder.
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or dispatch operations (preferably in the dairy/FMCG industry).
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and dispatch documentation.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and under time-sensitive conditions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
