Key Responsibilities
- Receive payments from customers through cash, card, UPI, bank transfer, and other approved payment methods.
- Generate invoices and receipts for vehicle sales, accessories, spare parts, and service transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of daily cash collections and transactions.
- Verify payment details and ensure billing accuracy.
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and submit reports to management.
- Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams regarding customer payments and pending balances.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Handle customer queries related to billing and payment processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
- Support showroom operations during peak sales periods.
