Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus - 60%)
- Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone pre-screening, and shortlist candidates against Job Descriptions (JDs).
- Schedule, coordinate, and track interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the internal applicant database / Tracker.
- Assist in drafting Job Descriptions and internship postings.
2. HR Operations & Onboarding (40%)
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection, background verification, and identity checks.
- Coordinate the preparation of joining kits, offer letters, and ID cards.
- Maintain physical and digital employee records/files ensuring confidentiality.
- Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and daily HR queries.
- Support team engagement initiatives, employee birthday/work anniversary celebrations, and HR events.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree/diploma in Human Resources (MBA/BBA/PGDM) or any related field.
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Attributes:

- Proactive, enthusiastic, and ready to learn in a fast-paced environment.
