Requirement : one L1 resident engineer
Location : Bangalore.
Working hours : 9hours * 5days and support in case of any Sev-1 issue during off-office hours.
Other details : Laptop will be provided
Experience : 2-4 years hands on Nutanix, 2-4 years on Servers hardware and OS install. Knowledge on Linux and datacenter practices.

Scope/skills :
L1 skills for handling Lenovo server hardware
Provide L2 operational support for Nutanix HCI infrastructure, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
Monitor the health of Nutanix clusters, nodes, storage, and virtual machines using Prism Central and Prism Element.
Perform incident troubleshooting and resolution for compute, storage, virtualization, and networking issues.
Execute routine administration activities such as cluster expansion, firmware upgrades, AOS upgrades, and health checks.
Manage virtual machines, storage containers, snapshots, replication, and backup integration.
Execute change requests including VM provisioning, storage allocation, network configuration, and maintenance activities.
Monitor hardware alerts, disk failures, node failures, and coordinate replacement activities with OEM support.
Maintain system documentation, SOPs, configuration records, and operational reports.
Participate in planned maintenance windows and provide support during upgrades and infrastructure changes.
Escalate critical issues to L3/OEM support whenever required and ensure timely closure of support tickets
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
