Roles & Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify potential clients and help grow the company’s client base.
- Handle client queries related to trading and investment products.
- Promote company products such as mutual funds, PMS, and trading accounts.
- Assist clients with account opening, KYC updates, and other service requirements.
- Coordinate with the dealing desk and back-office teams for timely client support
- Achieve assigned goals within stipulated timelines
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding or interest in stock markets and financial products.
- Customer friendly attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM tools).
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment
Qualifications:
- Graduate (any discipline).
- Freshers are welcome.
